Seeking a skilled SaaS sales professional to drive New Business growth in Singapore. As a Regional SaaS Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a strong sales strategy, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Growth: Build and execute a sales strategy to grow new business in the territory, meeting KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a structured sales methodology, including opportunity validation, pursuit, and closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify and engage prospects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers through regular CRM activities.
  • Revenue Accountability: Deliver on revenue accountability by creating, progressing, and timely closing pipelines, working with managers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • SaaS Sales Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
  • Sales Methodology: Ability to generate leads, establish a structured sales methodology, and provide accurate forecast and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Perform business development-related work as an ambassador of the company in the subsidiary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM usage such as Zoho CRM software/Zoho Campaigns Manager.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience selling CEO-level software solutions is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business, including key decision-makers like Owners/CEOs, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers, and Solution Architects.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $6,000 to $8,500 per month (excluding commission), depending on experience.

The estimated salary for this role is between SGD 72,000 and SGD 102,000 per annum, based on a 5-day workweek and 52 weeks of work per year.
