We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAAS B2B Sales Lead Generator to join our team at HR Force International. This role requires generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Communicate the value proposition of our SAAS solutions convincingly to prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, preferably in SAAS.
- Excellent communication skills and strong CRM proficiency.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
We offer competitive commission-based compensation with rates and incentives based on appointments set.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and performance.
