Job Details

As a member of the Singapore Floorball Association team, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote the association's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Liaise with event participants, volunteers, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor event progress and maintain accurate records for post-event analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in events management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.

Event Planning and Management
