Event Coordinator Job Description

At EVENTIZER PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating events layout plans, managing costs and budgets, and coordinating with vendors and mall management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event administration and coordination, and possess excellent administrative and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create events layout plans.
  • Manage costs and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and mall management.
  • Manage event bookings and calendars.
  • Prepare marketing materials for events.
  • Maintain social media accounts.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Record part-timer schedules.

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event administration and coordination.
  • Diploma and above, or fresh graduate with good learning attitude and passion for events.
  • Willing to work late hours on events setup and pack-up nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to write and converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Xero, and Canva.
