This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Event Executive/Assistant Event Manager, where you will play a key role in coordinating and managing events/projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in setting up and executing projects on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements, obtain necessary licenses and approvals, and manage venues.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Contribute to project planning, organization, and execution.
  • Help set and communicate timelines and priorities for each project.
  • Travel for onsite inspections and project management duties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' level/ITE Certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Independence, passion, and responsibility towards work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, and responsiveness when dealing with people.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle extra hours if needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (service industry preferred).
