Roles and Responsibilities

At STARLIGHT EVENTS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to improve business efficiency and assist management in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless office operations by performing tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Provide top-notch administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and data entry.

Assist with maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and ensuring efficient information management.

Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

Assist in organizing and coordinating team events, workshops, and meetings to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
