Office Management:
  • Develop and implement office operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Coordinate event planning, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and a professional atmosphere, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle employee visa applications, prepare invitation letters for visiting colleagues, and manage employee benefits.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships, the office vendor/supplier list, and requisition name cards.

IT Management:
  • Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, providing technical support to employees.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors, ensuring prompt and professional service.
