About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the BBC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to teams, including coordination of meetings, travel bookings, and expense claims.
  • Maintain and improve office processes and administrative systems, ensuring efficient operation and maximum productivity.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials to a high standard using established formats and software.
  • Coordinate IT requests, user administration, and record keeping.
  • Manage tasks related to office facilities and services, including reception, maintenance, mail, and archiving services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of providing administration assistance in at least one organization.
  • Organized with ability to prioritize workload effectively, coordinate activities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, able to work well with people at all levels.
  • Ability to research, gather, analyze, collate, and present information as required.
  • Proficient computer skills with strong experience of office software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
