About the Role

Francyn Atelier Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our design and architecture team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the design and architecture team, including scheduling meetings, managing project files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, manage office supplies, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with the finance department to process invoices, track payments, and prepare expense reports.
  • Support the team with tasks such as preparing documents, managing submissions, and coordinating maintenance services.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A good team player.
