Job Title: Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

Job Summary:

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business. This includes preparing quotations, invoices, and service reports, managing phone calls and correspondence, and submitting weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage administrative documents, including quotations, invoices, and service reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including quotation status and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling, site arrangements, and material procurement.
  • Update and maintain various registries, including quotation, PO, and WO registers.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the operations team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience in maintenance services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
