The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day inquiries and service calls, as well as coordinating service jobs with engineers and technical managers. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of service calls. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist in planning labor and material requirements for multiple repairs and new projects. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with suppliers for spare parts and maintaining records for confirmed outsourced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inquiries and service calls from ship/agent sub-contractors and maker/supplier for equipment sales and services, responding to customers with quotes and technical questions.
- Sending quotations through CRM, ERP, and Email
- Allocate service jobs to engineers depending on their skills with support of technical managers.
- Assist technical managers in planning labor and material requirements for multiple repairs and new projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts.
- Maintain records for confirmed outsourced technicians.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience in inventory management and data entry.
