Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hao Ren Hao Shi Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration, including providing administrative support, maintaining records, and coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, such as contracts, policies, and organisational files.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and events, preparing documents and certificates, and maintaining a systematic filing system.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and respond to general inquiries via email or in-person.
  • Support the HR Administration function.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to use and set up spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including ability to write and respond to emails.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
