We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LEADBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements for company representatives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors, to resolve queries and issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any field;
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Salary Range:$3,500 - $4,500 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
