About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SHUN YI CHENG CONTRACT ENGINEERING PTE LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that combines administrative and human resources duties.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR & Operations Department in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating employee induction and exit procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records;
  • Handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, in addition to coordinating with Training & Development department on CSOC, Coretrade, and Multi-skilling matters;
  • Purchasing security bonds, submitting government claims and training grants, and monitoring training records;
  • Assisting in company audits and maintaining compliance with ISO standards;
  • Administering payroll, managing employee attendance, leave, and MC records, and ensuring proper filing systems;
  • Circulating documents related to top management and coordinating staff activities;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling ad hoc HR duties assigned by the management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also perform various administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence;
  • Organizing files and documents, drafting and preparing reports, and performing data entry;
  • Procuring general supplies, handling reception duties, and attending to guests when needed;
  • Assisting with daily office and warehouse needs, including shipment coordination with suppliers and freight forwarders;
  • Fulfilling company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a GCE 'N/O' Level or Diploma qualification;
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative function, preferably in operations, logistics, human resources, or administration;
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with Info-Tech payroll software and dormitory administration is an added advantage;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal;
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 SGD to $60,000 SGD per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
