Job Title: Administrative Associate

CADMUS RESOURCES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems, and coordinating meetings and logistical support.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships and vendor/supplier lists.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities, and oversee IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Handle visa applications and prepare invitation letters for visitors, and assist with project-based research.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience.
  • Proficient in office software and online meeting platforms.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in travel and event coordination, as well as vendor relationship management.
