**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KNO GROUP. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide extensive support to our clients, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, claims submission, and travel arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and claims submission.
  • Assist with company projects, preparation and tracking of documentations, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Respond to inquiries through calls and emails.
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Singaporean/PR with a minimum age of 21.
  • Local Diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Chinese (bonus).
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided.
  • Demonstrable experience in office management and executive secretarial roles (desirable).
  • Good judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork.
  • Experience in the financial advisory industry (bonus).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (added advantage).
