About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore's administrative processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Oversee Central Provident Fund (CPF) matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform routine administrative duties, such as receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, managing document archives, and booking travel arrangements.
  • Receive and assist visiting clients and partners, liaise with relevant government departments, and provide professional reception services.
  • Assist with Employment Pass (EP) and work visa applications, including the preparation and submission of relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience in corporate overseas expansion is preferred.
  • Familiar with Singapore's administrative processes and local culture, including Employment Pass application procedures, banking affairs, and the CPF system.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possesses strong professional ethics and etiquette, capable of representing the company's image.
  • Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office and relevant administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to handle tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of work.
