Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at One World International School in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our agent network, managing corporate programs, and coordinating pre-school and school events.

  • Liaise with corporates for potential business collaborations
  • Maintain a database of tie-up partners and arrange meetings for presentations
  • Finalize discount margins and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Monitor and manage new and expired MOUs and liaise with corporates for renewal
  • Connect with organizations for promotional events and activities organized by corporate companies
  • Liaise with marketing teams for Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns
  • Find opportunities to expand the agent network into new markets
  • Liaise with agents for student recruitment and establish strong relationships
  • Coordinate overseas education fairs with agents and train them on student recruitment while adhering to Edutrust and compliance requirements
  • Manage parent counseling and convert leads to admissions
  • Identify opportunities for brand promotional activities among existing preschool setups
  • Liaise with the Academic Team and Sales departments for Open House and event planning
  • Plan and organize educational meets for preschool parents
Fairs and Exhibitions
  • Find opportunities for brand promotional activities
  • Liaise with event companies for educational fairs and exhibitions
  • Plan and organize educational meets in various target markets
  • Liaise with overseas agents to create future opportunities for admissions
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development
