Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Logistics Manager to lead our sales and logistics teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and expand market share in both existing and new markets.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through meeting potential clients and building positive relationships
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and other logistics-related data
- Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
