Executive Partnerships and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Partnerships and Development Team at the Children's Cancer Foundation. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, community organizations, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships aligned with organizational goals.
- Engage with potential and existing partners to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Plan and execute appreciation events, public education talks, and other stewardship initiatives to engage the community and promote partnership development.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify needs and create program proposals, materials, and appeals to engage partners.
- Manage budgets and resources related to partnerships and ensure efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and engagements in the database and evaluate partnership activities to ensure goals are met.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, sales, or donor relationship management.
- Minimum degree in marketing and communications, events management, or business management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, with experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- A passion for working in the social service sector and a positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
