About the Role
The Singapore Operations team at Grab is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Strategy & Partnership functional team as a Strategic Partnership Development Specialist. This role will play a key part in identifying business opportunities with key partners and driving the development of high-impact partnerships across all business lines in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business cases for partnership opportunities with key partners, adding to the pipeline of future partners.
- Support end-to-end deal management, including commercial negotiations, project management, and execution.
- Manage relationships with partners, supporting the Manager in maintaining key relationships at mid to senior levels of large corporate institutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, customer experience, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
- Track success metrics of partnerships, including preparing reports by collecting and analyzing data.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
