Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnership-Singapore

At Lazada, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships Team in Singapore. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing long-term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, driving our Multi-Channel logistics offering, and contributing to the development of an effective sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and grow long-term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers.
  • Drive the development and competitiveness of our Multi-Channel logistics offering, ensuring its market competitiveness in pricing and solution capabilities.
  • Monitor the operational performance of key strategic partners, conduct regular business reviews, and drive strategic road mapping to deepen partnerships.
  • Contribute to improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing best practices, and driving adoption of sales tools.
Requirements:
  • 7-9+ years of professional experience in partnerships and sales, consulting, project, and account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong track record in sales and negotiation, with the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the logistics/supply chain landscape in Southeast Asia, including key 3PL providers.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
