About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through a range of products and services.

Job Responsibilities

The Strategy and Partnership Manager is responsible for driving franchise growth through suitable, scalable, and timely initiatives and partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating acquisition strategies for high net worth clients to Privilege Banking/Privilege Reserve
  • Building a network of strategic business partnerships internally and externally
  • Driving regional strategies and joint collaborations with regional subsidiaries
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to conceptualise joint customer value propositions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and/or Strategic Planning
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the regional markets, potential, and regulatory framework
