Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Corporate and Industry Partnerships Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key players in the relevant industry segment to drive key programs, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects related to food and beverages measures/policies to formulate industry position on regulatory issues.
  • Strategize, plan, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and jointly deliver on Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge (EDSH) campaign objectives and goals via clear partner engagement strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Develop strategic partnership initiatives, identify new partners and partnership opportunities, and develop associate policies and processes to support these initiatives.
  • Market these partnership initiatives; bridging partner and HPB's interest to reach mutually beneficial partnerships agreement.
  • Execute and implement the partnership program through working with internal stakeholders and external partners; conduct end-of-programme review with customers, and thereafter providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Constantly improve the processes of partnership acquisition, selling, development, implementation, and retention, and uphold professionalism and partnership satisfaction.
  • Develop close working relationship with internal stakeholders to engage, identify, and support partnership opportunities.
  • Actively participate in execution of key initiatives and projects, proactive in one's responsibilities, so as to launch initiatives successfully and on time.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related discipline.
  • Have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in partner management, business development, sales, or marketing-related with proven track record of building strong customer and stakeholder relationships at various levels.
  • Have proven track record in successfully developing, implementing, and executing partnership programs or initiatives, with a good understanding of the underlying economics of managing such programs.
  • Demonstrated competency in partnership proposal development (includes ideation), operations planning, execution, and management of project launches.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team across a matrix structure; has good teamwork qualities to engage, motivate, and work with team members and stakeholders.
  • Possess a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Possess strong verbal, written, and presentation skills coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills; Bilingual capability will be a strong advantage.
  • Have a hunter mentality to acquire new & like-minded partners.
  • Be creative, savvy, resourceful, and results-oriented.
