Job Description

At Lazada, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Strategic Partnerships Team as a Senior Manager. This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Regional Head of Multi-Channel Logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing long-term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers. This will involve driving customer pitching, participating in Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and developing tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and negotiation, with experience in building long-term strategic partnerships. They will also possess strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and complex multi-stakeholder projects.

We are looking for a critical thinker and clear communicator who can influence people, work confidently with different stakeholders, drive change, and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and grow long-term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers.
  2. Drive customer pitching, participate in RFIs and RFQs, and develop tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions.
  3. Continuously improve our Multi-Channel offering and ensure its market competitiveness in both pricing and solution capabilities.
  4. Closely monitor the operational performance of our key strategic partners, conduct regular quarterly or monthly business reviews to optimize performance, and drive strategic road mapping as part of deepening the partnership.
  5. Contribute towards improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating closely with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing and implementation of best practices, and driving adoption of sales tools such as a CRM.
Requirements
  1. Hold a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines.
  2. Have 7-9+ years of professional experience, primarily in Partnerships and Sales, Consulting, Project, and Account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  3. Experience in, or familiarity with e-commerce would be a strong plus.
  4. Have a strong track record in sales and negotiation, with experience in building long-term strategic partnerships.
  5. Have strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  6. Have extensive knowledge of the logistics/supply chain landscape in Southeast Asia, including key 3PL providers.
  7. Be an energetic and action-oriented individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Be a critical thinker and clear communicator with a proven ability to influence people, work confidently with different stakeholders, drive change, and meet project deadlines.
