Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and effective integration.

  • Develop and implement strategies to diversify SME acquisition channels through partnerships with online aggregators, corporate services providers, referral partners, and other business entities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all acquisition channels, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Innovate and optimize channel strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

  • Work collaboratively with Retail and SME teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that align with the bank's objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and related teams to oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns associated with channel initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and areas for improvement in channel initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (at least 10+ years) in strategic partnerships, channel management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.

  • In-depth understanding of SME Banking, with a focus on customer acquisition and partnership strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive business growth.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to navigate and partner well with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.

  • Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to partnership and channel management.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
