About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Thakral One.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with SW Principals and Channels to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to define and execute GTM strategies, ensuring seamless execution with principals and meeting sales KPIs.
  • Lead the partner selection and onboarding process, including due diligence and partner agreement facilitation.
  • Define and enforce presales RACI with principals, ensuring effective solution implementation and delivery.
  • Develop and execute competency development, training, and certification programs in partnership with People Manager and L&D.
  • Lead the definition of solution components across divisions and practices during presales, ensuring interoperability and effective solution implementation.
  • Orchestrate solution implementation services estimates and implementation approaches, involving delivery teams for sign-off.
