WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider, seeks a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of its software solutions business in Singapore.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a high-performing sales team to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
