Job Title: Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are a reputable tuition center with a strong presence in the market, looking to expand our sales team and hire a Sales Director.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary package consisting of a basic salary of up to $8000 per month, plus incentives. This translates to an estimated total compensation of approximately $10,000 - $12,000 per month, based on performance.
Job Description
The Sales Director will be responsible for sourcing new clients, servicing existing clients, arranging appointments, handling sales enquiries, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue potential, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in sales, education, or a related field. You should possess good communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong account development and management skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is also required.

Working Hours
The working hours are 4.5 days, Wed to Fri: 11-8pm; Sat: 8.45am to 6.15pm; Sun half day. Off Day – Mon, Tue & Public Holiday.
