About the Role

  • You will be tasked with generating new leads through various activities such as cold calling, attending trade shows, conferences, and leveraging regional organizations.
  • Achieve revenue targets and meet other sales performance requirements.
  • Qualify and close leads sourced by our marketing team.
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of opportunities to closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and challenges.
  • Position all Lionbridge solutions & services with the aid of product specialists.
  • Communicate strategic information such as market intelligence, customer data, competitive analysis, and pricing information to internal teams.
  • Act as a customer advocate, focusing on customer needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between Lionbridge operations and clients.
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership internally and externally throughout the sales process.
  • Accurately report on sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and client quotations.
  • Accurately capture and report all account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are completed and submitted within the client-specified timeframe.
  • Be open to travel as per business requirements.

Requirements for Success

  • At least 5-7 years proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in localization industry.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales force automation applications.
