We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Strategist at LY CLEANING & MANPOWER PTE. LTD.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B software sales, with a strong understanding of the Edutech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development
You will formulate and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, identify new sales opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship ManagementYou will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Team LeadershipYou will lead a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support, and work collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the Edutech and OA office software industry.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, fluency in English and Mandarin for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
Salary$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
