Thanh An Consultancy is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales and Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities in the enterprise software market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Skills: Retail Sales, Targeting, Restaurant Management, Enterprise Software, Arithmetic, Accounting, Project Management, Team Management, Customer Service, Office Automation, Scheduling, Sourcing, Financial Reporting.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
