Customer Service Manager

Trust Recruit is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee our Asia customer services team.
This role involves managing liaisons with Account Managers, the Logistics team, and customers to ensure clear, timely, and accurate communications.
You'll also be responsible for implementing SOPs to streamline operational processes, delegating tasks to team members, and developing strategies to enhance operational workflow and distribution.
Key responsibilities include participating in regular customer meetings, monitoring order/delivery schedules, and managing claims by setting up associated corrective plans.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing teams in customer service functions and strong manpower delegation skills.
