Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Operations
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Ensure all guests are attended to at the Front Desk, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Issue apartment access key cards and manage guest accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system.
- Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs, providing recommendations on nearby amenities and services.
- Front Office Administration
- Manage the safekeeping of cash and guests' valuables and belongings.
- Perform simple bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
- Make and confirm reservations, as well as assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle and record guests' feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers as needed.
- Receive and convey messages to guests promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Entry-level candidates who have attained an ITE in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification are welcomed to apply.
- Service-oriented individuals with a passion for learning and adapting to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to perform shifts and work in a fast-paced environment.
