We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our maritime sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the industry.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bolster sales performance by acquiring and managing relationships with large shipping companies, fostering trust, and delivering high-value IoT solutions for asset visibility and tracking.
  • Elevate business results through strategic account acquisition, identifying opportunities, and positioning our offerings as critical to customers' operations and supply chain efficiency needs.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for penetrating large maritime accounts, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights to inform sales tactics and partnerships.
  • Promote value-based selling by articulating complex concepts, demonstrating tangible ROI, and addressing technical and non-technical stakeholders' concerns.
  • Cultivate collaboration with product, marketing, and pre-sales engineering teams to refine offerings, ensure smooth handoffs, and support customer success.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and account insights to executive leadership.

About You:

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sales excellence, agility, and a hunter mentality. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on software services, preferably in supply chain visibility or related technology sectors.
  • A deep understanding of maritime dynamics, with experience selling to shipping lines or large logistics companies.
  • An analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles, with the ability to manage complex deals and maintain momentum.
