Job Description

Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and expanding our market share in the maritime industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales with at least five to ten years of experience in the maritime industry. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field is also required. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Built and maintained strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identified new business opportunities and expanded our client base through targeted sales efforts.
  • Developed and executed marketing plans to promote our services and products to potential clients.
  • Analyzed sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • Strong sales background in the maritime industry with at least five to ten years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - 90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
