Key Responsibilities

Commercial Goals: Delivering the agreed-upon Gross Margins for the business while maintaining high levels of staff commitment and satisfaction and customer satisfaction and retention in complete accordance with the Group's IMS is the main goal of this position.

Collaboration and Communication: In close collaboration and communication with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team, other goals include corporate governance, business expansion and enhancement, and tactical management of the Group's operations with the aim of realizing the Group Vision.

Client Satisfaction: Guaranteeing ongoing contentment, retention, and expansion.

Financial Performance: Revenue, as stated in the Board of Directors-approved financial estimates.

People Management: Making sure that the team or teams are highly skilled and motivated to provide results that will help the group realize its vision.

Procedure Adherence: Always according to group policy and procedure without exception.

Expense Management: As shown in the financial estimates above, expenses are within budget.

Requirements

Education: Marine/Maritime background as a sales and marketing executive

Experience: At least seven years of experience working for a reputable maritime services company

Background: Should possess a background in the maritime business and be known as a visionary in the field.

Personal Qualities: Dedicated, focused, and ambitious to innovate within a typical maritime business.

Leadership Skills: They ought to be able to view the company as a whole and make equal contributions to the group and the business.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to manage and lead others are essential.
