Roles and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at NOVO RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the maritime industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue, focusing on combining current services with new package offers and attracting new clients with existing services and package offers.
  • Collaborating with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Business Directors to plan, implement, standardize, and monitor marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding the scope to enhance revenue, market share, and geographic areas.
  • Oversight of budget analysis, annual budget planning, expense scheduling, and ensuring the sales force meets targets and quotas.
  • Responsible for achieving the company's growth objectives, including developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving pre-established, quantifiable objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the maritime industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Management experience is an asset.
  • Excellent closing abilities and the capacity to showcase multiple product lines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing and sales principles, as well as excellent organizational, creative, and analytical thinking skills.
