Senior Manager, Performance and Rewards

The Health Promotion Board is committed to creating a healthier Singapore. We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Performance and Rewards to join our team and contribute to this vision.
You will be part of our Performance & Rewards Department, which focuses on delivering high-performance workforce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing holistic compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conducting annual salary competitiveness reviews and ensuring timely compensation exercises.
- Managing job evaluation needs, including project management and advisory services.
You will also have opportunities to work on cross-functional projects and develop your skills in performance management and compensation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 years of experience in compensation, policy review, and job evaluation.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in human resource management or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
