About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships to join our team at FORIS ASIA PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining high-value relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers in the Crypto.com ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote Business Growth: Identify new partnership opportunities with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time-depositors and trades.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Brokers and enhance Crypto.com's broker program.
  • Nurture High-Value Clients: Identify and reach out to VIP clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain Existing Partnerships: Continuously monitor and improve existing partnerships with KOLs, ensuring they remain satisfied with Crypto.com's offerings.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service to Crypto.com's Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Regularly keep up with the latest trends on social media, such as YouTube, TikTok, etc., and within the Blockchain influencer community.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationships with influential figures in the local ecosystem.
  • Strong Network: A well-established network/book of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
  • Digital Assets Expertise: 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain space.
  • Sales Background: 2+ years of work experience in selling financial products.
  • Candidate Profile: Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners, driving business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of professional written & oral English.
