As a Strategic Channel Partnership Development Lead at SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading the rationalization of Sales Channel Partners and resellers, ensuring their alignment with regional strategic priorities. Collaborate closely with divisional sales leadership and trade compliance teams to drive adherence to defined partner expectations, vet new partners, and oversee existing ones.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on assuming a key oversight position in emerging markets. Conduct root cause analysis for any deficiencies associated with partners, driving corrective actions to address areas of non-compliance. Work collaboratively with the divisional sales team to develop a strong partnership strategy aligned with sales objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Business or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Channel Development. A background working with China Market/Channel Partners is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is around SGD 100,000 - SGD 150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for career growth, professional development, and collaboration with a dynamic team.
