Sales Channel Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Development Lead to join our team at SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel development, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, leadership, and building strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the rationalization of sales channel partners and resellers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with divisional sales leadership and trade compliance teams to establish regional strategic priorities.
- Review adherence to compliance and partner expectations, vet new partners, and provide ongoing oversight.
- Assume leadership roles in vetting new sales channel partners and onboarding processes within emerging markets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for partner deficiencies and drive corrective actions to address non-compliance areas.
- Collaborate with divisional sales teams to develop strong alignments with sales leadership on partner objectives and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel development roles.
- Exposure to China market and channel partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
