We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Development Lead to join our team at SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel development, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rationalization of sales channel partners and resellers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with divisional sales leadership and trade compliance teams to establish regional strategic priorities.
  • Review adherence to compliance and partner expectations, vet new partners, and provide ongoing oversight.
  • Assume leadership roles in vetting new sales channel partners and onboarding processes within emerging markets.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for partner deficiencies and drive corrective actions to address non-compliance areas.
  • Collaborate with divisional sales teams to develop strong alignments with sales leadership on partner objectives and oversight.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel development roles.
  • Exposure to China market and channel partners.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
