We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Strategic Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our total rewards strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between SGD 80,000 to SGD 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Surveys and Analysis: Facilitate participation in compensation surveys and analyse competitive positioning to meet business needs.
- Policies and Programmes: Monitor, evaluate and recommend improvements to policies, programmes, processes, and systems relating to Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.
- Business Partnering: Support corporate and regional HR team leads on projects across Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and other HR operational streams.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote total rewards initiatives and engage employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource or related fields.
- 5-8 years' experience as a HR Specialist or Business Partner with minimum 3 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Interest or knowledge in performance management and international mobility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other digital tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
