A key role in our organization, this position requires a Total Rewards Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs.

Compensation PackageThis role offers an attractive salary range of SGD 90,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement global market benchmarking data and analysis to ensure compensation is externally competitive and aligned with company philosophy.
- Analyse benefit plan design and renewals to align with global strategy and guiding principles.
- Serve as primary advisor on compensation-related matters and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Manage annual bonus and salary review process, including proposing bonus matrix and preparing salary increase recommendations.
- Drive development and execution of compensation strategies that align with company goals, culture, and budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 6-8 years relevant experience in total rewards management; consulting background ideal.
- Team player with high interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
