Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals or professionals with 1 to 3 years of working experience who are interested in developing a career within Rewards. Candidates with non-HR backgrounds are welcome, provided they have a basic understanding of HR Rewards. There may be rotational opportunities within the Rewards Department providing comprehensive exposure to various aspects of Rewards. This is designed to develop your skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in HR Rewards

Compensation Partnering

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate on the development of tailored compensation solutions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies

Broad Based Compensation

Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including:

  • Performance Management: Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation.
  • Allowances: Review and optimize allowances to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Annual Remuneration Cycle: Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments.
  • Market Salary Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.

Executive Compensation

  • Support the annual calendar of Executive Resource and Compensation Committee (ERCC) activities covering remuneration matters for Senior Management Executives and Non-Executive Directors to the Board
  • Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation programmes, including base salary, bonuses and long-term incentives for senior management.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure executive compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Rewards Systems & Processes

  • Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities.
  • Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.

Benefits

  • Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits policies that reflect industry best practices and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Review and enhance existing benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and drive employee engagement.

Global Mobility

  • Support the development and implementation of global mobility policies and programs.
  • Assist in managing international assignments, including relocation, immigration, and tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for employees moving between locations.
