Support the development, implementation and administration of C&B programs that align with the company's overall strategic objectives, including salary proposal, benefit management, salary benchmarking, while ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements.
Responsibilities
Engage in different C&B related projects such as salary proposal, benefits benchmarking, annual review process for salary adjustment, bonus and incentive.
Maintain consistent deployment of compensation policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective actions. Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is communicated & executed effectively and accurately.
Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
Support in preparation of C&B data for analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
Handling C&B related enquiries from different levels of staff.
Other Ad-hoc C&B projects assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR with a focus on compensation & benefits.
Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation & benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management and respective employment laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies.
Capable of taking challenges and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to staffing and compensation & benefits.
