Compensation & Benefits Executive, Asia

As part of the Global HR Team, this role supports the Total Rewards Director, Asia & other senior HR leaders in reviewing competitiveness of staff compensation levels and benefit advantages to enhance the overall Total Reward package offered to employees in Sephora Asia markets. The Compensation and Benefits Executive will have the opportunity to participate in designing, implementing, and managing new or changes in compensation and benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate annual salary survey submissions & collate benefits offerings and update our benefit inventory listing. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Assist in the annual salary review campaign (ICR) and support in creating impactful business case for approvals
- Conduct the annual living wage analysis and record observations within the guidelines provided. Provide recommendations & data-driven insights
- Support in periodic headcount & personnel cost forecasting work
- Cascade global / Asia initiatives to Asia countries HR teams
- In charge of checking the market for regulatory changes and new market trends
- Provide data analytics support in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language is a plus
- Prior experience in compensation & benefits administration will be an advantage, or other HR domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to intepret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
