At Recruit Inc Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Compensation and Benefits Professional to drive the formulation and execution of HR strategy for compensation, performance management, and benefits.

The successful candidate will lead a small team in developing compensation and performance management strategies, translating them into policies, practices, and processes. They will oversee the annual review exercise for salary increment and bonus payout, participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews, and manage benefits administration and vendors.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and management of confidential information. The ideal candidate will have minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and performance management, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive package, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
