Compensation and Benefits for Asia Pacific:

A forward-thinking role at Zebra awaits the right candidate. We're looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our employee compensation and benefits programs and policies for Asia Pacific. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs and policies for the region, working closely with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan, and execute all related compensation and benefits programs impacting the region in partnership with HRBPs, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, collecting and analyzing competitive market information to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Provide expertise to the business groups in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, marketing benchmarking, and competitive analysis in partnership with global compensation teams.
  • Monitor market trends, striving for improvements and competitiveness, and review and analyze statutory regulations changes pertaining to compensation and benefits, reporting necessary and suggested changes to all stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at external meeting events.
  • Collaborate with the global compensation team and regional HR team to manage the Annual Compensation Planning process.
  • Drive and lead insured benefits review, remarketing, and renewal processes.
  • Vendor management.
  • Project manage Rewards initiatives and issues involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct employees' communication sessions pertaining to rewards initiatives.
  • Demonstrate inclusion of our values and encourage demonstrating values throughout the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Rewards, with experience in executive compensation highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of salary structure development and design.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams within a multinational company.
  • Advanced presentation creation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
