Compensation Strategy and Benefits Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategy and Benefits Manager to join our team at 3160 KLA-Tencor (Singapore). As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with our company's global benefits strategy.
Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and ensure market competitiveness
- Design and manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Analyze market trends and data to inform compensation decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive Total Rewards initiatives and communicate program changes to employees
- Manage budget planning and forecasting for compensation and benefits programs
Requirements:
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
- Proven expertise in compensation strategy and benefits design, with a strong understanding of global benefits trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
